- Connected profiles
Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp cannot be connected on Free, and the shared inbox over them is unavailable. Google Business is the exception and stays free. Once connected on a paid plan, WhatsApp itself is unlimited — Meta bills you for it directly.
- The AI assistant
Not limited on Free — unavailable. Every reply costs us real money, and a small free allowance would teach the habit without ever making the case for the subscription.
- Custom automations
Free gets the booking reminder and the after-visit review request. Building your own rules is paid.
- Campaigns and broadcasts
Replying to a customer who contacted you is always free and always unlimited. Reaching out at scale is paid.
- Lead inbox
You can see how many leads are waiting. Reading and replying to them is paid.
- Analytics beyond 30 days
Free charts cover the last 30 days. Growth keeps a year, Scale keeps everything.
Every plan, line by line
Read from the same catalog we bill from, so what you are quoted here is what you are charged.
Credit, if you need more
AI replies and emails cost us real money every time they happen, so the monthly allowance is modest on every plan — including the paid ones. If you need more, buy credit rather than being pushed up a tier you have no other reason to want. Credit never expires, and it is only drawn on after your monthly allowance is used up.
Start free. Upgrade the day it earns its keep.
Your listing, your verified badge and your bookings cost nothing. Paid plans come with a 14-day trial, and stopping never locks you out of your own data.
Questions people actually ask
Plans, trials, credit and fees, answered plainly.
No. Free artizans and free businesses are listed in search, in categories and on the map on the same terms as paying ones. Paying moves you up within results you would already have appeared in; it never gets you into results you would have missed, and it never pushes a verified free business out of them.
The free plan includes two automations: the reminder emailed to your customer before their appointment, and the thank-you email after the visit that asks for a rating. Building your own rules, such as reacting to a comment, a keyword or a customer segment, is part of a paid plan.
Yes, and you need to be verified first. A trial takes a one-off, non-refundable registration fee, shown in your own currency on the trial button before you click it, and saves your card so the plan continues without interruption when the trial ends. You are told the date and amount of the first real charge before you start, and cancelling before then means nothing further is charged.
Verification comes first because the free trial is granted once per verified identity, not once per account: a business's registration number, or a person's national identity document. Without that, the same person could take a free month every few weeks under a new login. Verification is free and takes a few minutes.
Yes. Having had a trial only means you will not be offered a second one. The plan is still available at its normal price, and the button on the plan card says so instead of offering a trial.
No. AI and email credit is a balance you own. It does not reset monthly, and it is only used after your plan's monthly allowance runs out.
No. ArtizanSquare only ever takes a one-off share of a first booking from a customer it introduced to you, and never charges you again for that customer or for customers you already had.
No. Nigeria and the international market are priced separately, in their own currencies, because what a Lagos salon and a London salon can pay are different questions. Sterling prices are converted from the dollar price at a rate set and reviewed by hand, so they do not move with the market. Where there is no price in your currency yet, you are quoted in US dollars, which is what your card is charged.
If you stop paying, your account returns to the Free plan. Your bookings, customers, reviews and money stay exactly where they are; you only lose the paid features until you subscribe again.
Cancel from Billing & Subscription in your dashboard: Subscription on the artizan dashboard, or Billing on the business dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal but keeps your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can resume any time before that date.
Add, remove or set a default card on your Billing & Subscription page. Adding a card makes a small verification charge that is refunded automatically. You cannot remove your only card while a paid plan is set to renew.
Your billing history is on the Billing & Subscription page of your dashboard, where you can export it as a CSV file for your records or your accountant.
Plans and credit are sold on the ArtizanSquare website rather than in the app, because app store rules govern digital purchases made inside apps. Anything you buy on the website is available in the app immediately. Bookings and deposits are real-world services and can be paid for in the app.
Both use AI credit: 1 credit per photo or voice note the assistant processes, and 1 credit per check-in message it sends for you. The check-in list shows the total before you approve, and if your balance does not cover it you are asked to top up or untick a few customers - nothing is sent partially. When a check-in goes out as your WhatsApp template, WhatsApp also charges your business its own marketing-message fee, billed to you by Meta directly; the list tells you how many before you approve. Check-ins you send yourself, and the list itself, are free. Photo and voice note understanding is off until you turn it on.
