Reply yourself and the assistant stands down in that conversation. Hand it back whenever you like.
ArtizanSquare gives you a product catalogue and an AI sales assistant that knows it. The assistant answers customers with your real prices and stock, takes orders in the chat, recovers unfinished baskets and follows up leads - and steps aside the moment you reply yourself. No website link, no redirect: the customer buys and pays right there in your DMs.
Free for up to five products. Nothing is sent to a customer until you say so.

Most can be Off, Suggest (you approve) or Auto - and customer check-ins always wait for your approval. Hand over as much or as little as you like.

Price, sizes, delivery, opening hours - from your catalogue and your business brief, day or night.

"How much to make this?" with a picture, or a voice note in Pidgin - it looks, listens and quotes from your own prices. Never a guess.

Adds items to a basket, offers one matching extra, and places the order with the total worked out for it.

One polite nudge to someone who picked items and went quiet - never at night, never twice for the same basket.

Works out what each person wants and how soon, and checks back with the ones who went quiet.

Spots customers who usually return around now, drafts a friendly check-in for each, and waits for you to approve. Nothing sends without you.

Drafts, submits and chases approval for the templates WhatsApp requires after 24 hours.

What sold, what stalled, your best hour to post, and advert ideas built from your own numbers.
Customers already in your DMs lose interest the moment you send them to a website. So they don't leave: the assistant takes the order and the payment in the conversation - and you still get proper records of who bought what, and when.

One-time account · ₦39,500
A one-time transfer account or card link, sent in the chat. The money is held until you mark the order delivered, then remitted to your bank.
Every order, customer and payment on your dashboard. Works the same for a salon's deposit or an artizan's home visit.
It studies your business by itself and starts on customer service, closing sales and upselling from the first message. No training course, no probation period.
| Compared on | A new hire | The assistant |
|---|---|---|
| Ready to work | After weeks of training and a probation period | Day one — it studies the business itself |
| Customers at once | One conversation at a time | Thousands, on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook together |
| Hours | Business hours, minus breaks and leave | Every hour, including 11pm on a Sunday |
| On a bad day | Tired, short with customers, sometimes rude | Never burns out, never loses patience |
| Cost | Salary, healthcare, pension, transport | One pocket-friendly subscription |
| Upselling | When they remember | Every order, from what is actually in stock |
One assistant handles thousands of customers at the same time. It never burns out, never snaps at a customer, and needs no salary or healthcare - just a pocket-friendly subscription.
Three worked examples: what the business set up, what it switched on, and what it did for them. The businesses are illustrative; every step is a real part of the product.

Angelique's Kitchen
Food vendor
A home kitchen in Surulere selling jollof trays, small chops and soup bowls through Instagram and WhatsApp. Ten regular customers, every order taken by hand in the DMs.
Only the questions a vendor needs: business name, what they sell, where they deliver.
Each tray and bowl with a photo, price, portion sizes and what is available today. Delivery areas and fees for Surulere, Yaba and Lekki.
Connected Profile pulls in the bio, opening hours, photos and address in about a minute and fixes the places they disagree.
No training. It reads the menu, the profile, the posts and the delivery rules, writes its own business brief, and starts answering customers the same day.
Where ArtizanSquare remits the money customers pay in the chat, once the order is delivered.
Facebook and Instagram posts, their comments and every WhatsApp chat appear in one inbox, already sorted into questions, orders and leads.
Abandoned-basket nudge, lead follow-up, after-delivery review request. One tap each, editable later.
Anyone who comments “menu” or “how much” on the ad gets a private message with the menu and a way to order. Included in the subscription, not charged per ad.
The assistant answers, suggests the drink or extra portion, takes the order and collects payment inside the chat. Angelique gets one message: “New order paid — 2 jollof trays to Yaba. Please deliver.”
Which dish sold out fastest, which one is worth advertising, the hour customers order most, and what to try next week.
The money that would have gone on a sales assistant's salary goes into targeted ads instead. Ten regulars become a customer list across three neighbourhoods, and the report shows which new dishes are worth adding to the menu.

The assistant is staff, not a replacement for you.

Reply yourself and the assistant stands down in that conversation. Hand it back whenever you like.
Prices, stock and totals are calculated by your catalogue. Discounts only within a limit you set.
Warnings before credit runs low. If it runs out, customers get a friendly holding message and you get notified - your product flows keep taking orders.
Worth knowing before you start.
WhatsApp requires an approved template for that. We write and submit it for you, but approval is Meta's call and usually takes a day or two.
Instagram only lets a business reply to people who wrote first. Those customers are labelled so you know.
Your catalogue sells through your own channels only.
A stop request is recorded and respected on every channel, permanently.
Straight answers, grouped by what you came to do. Can't find it? Ask the assistant.
Yes. An ArtizanSquare assistant answers WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages using your own product catalogue. It quotes your real prices and stock, adds items to a customer's basket, takes their delivery area and places the order. Every total is calculated by the catalogue, not by the AI, so it cannot invent a price.
Your catalogue is free for up to five products, including orders and the sales report. Paid plans remove the product limit and include the AI assistant with a monthly allowance of replies, with extra credit available as bundles.
No. Your catalogue sells through your own WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook conversations and is not listed on the ArtizanSquare marketplace.
Only with an approved WhatsApp template, which is WhatsApp's own rule. ArtizanSquare writes the templates your settings need, submits them to Meta, tracks their approval and tells you when they are live. A rejected template is reworded once and resubmitted, then handed to you.
Yes. Every customer shows a plain label, Can message now, Template only, or Needs them to message first, worked out from each platform's messaging rules. The assistant never messages anyone the platform would not allow, and anyone who says stop is never messaged again.
Choose "I sell products" when you sign up, add your products with photos, prices, sizes and stock (or import a spreadsheet), set your delivery areas and fees, then connect WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. Start the assistant on Suggest so you approve its messages, and move a job to Auto when you trust it.
The assistant can send one polite reminder to someone who picked items and went quiet. It never sends at night and never twice for the same basket, and you can switch this job off or require your approval first.
Yes, if you switch it on: the assistant looks at photos and listens to voice notes, then replies using your own prices and catalogue, never a price guessed from the picture. Each photo or voice note it processes costs 1 AI credit on top of the reply. It understands mixed English and Pidgin as well as other languages. Videos are never processed; when a customer sends one, the assistant asks them to describe it and you get a push notification and an email. With the switch off, it asks customers to type what they need and tells you something came in that it could not open. Customer photos and voice notes are kept for 24 hours and then deleted, but the transcript and description stay in the conversation, and the customer still has the original in WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger.

Add five products free and try the assistant on Suggest. You approve every message until you decide you don't need to.
